Book a space, or ask us anything

You do not need to book a table at Fernson Downtown, just come in. Food goes through Toast or DoorDash and beer to go is on the online store. This form is for the things that do need a person: private events, catering, kegs, wholesale, donations and jobs.

We use this to answer you and nothing else. No list, no newsletter, and we do not pass it on.

Questions we get a lot

Maybe we answered it already

Where can I buy Fernson beer?

Liquor stores, grocery stores, bars and restaurants across South Dakota, and at Fernson Downtown in cans and crowlers. If your local does not carry us, ask them for it. That is genuinely how we work out where the demand is.

Can you ship me beer?

Unfortunately not. Alas, laws. You can order online and collect at Downtown.

When will you distribute to my state?

Soon, hopefully. In the meantime, ask for us at your local and help us find the demand.

Is the brewery taproom open?

Not for regular hours at the moment. The brewery on Robur Drive is open for private events and is where kegs are sold. For a pint, come to Fernson Downtown on Phillips Avenue.

Do you sell crowlers?

Yes, at Fernson Downtown, filled from whatever is on at the time.

What about kegs?

No doubt. We cannot sell kegs to anyone who would then make a profit on them, so no bars or restaurants, but we can absolutely sell one to anyone throwing a rad party. Kegs come from the brewery only.

Why do you put beer in cans?

Two reasons. Cans protect beer from light and oxygen better than bottles do, and aluminium is easier to recycle than glass. Shout out to Mama Nature.

Are any of your beers gluten free?

Our standard Fernson beers are not. Every Skip Day hard seltzer and vodka soda is.

How do I request beer for my charity event?

Send it through the form above and pick “A donation or charity request”, or write straight to [email protected]. That is Blake and Derek. Nice guys.

Are you hiring?

We always have an eye out for people who are nice and like drinking beer. If that is you, use the form above or write to [email protected].

I am in the news media, who do I talk to?

[email protected] reaches Blake and Derek, and they will take it from there.

How do I find out what is happening and when?

We keep Instagram and Facebook up to date with new releases and taproom events.
